Do you have a roof leak or broken windows? Let Local Roofing tarp your roof after hail and storm damage or damage caused for any other reason. Emergency damage requires quick action to ensure your belongings and property aren’t further damaged before repairs can be made.
If you call us for emergency tarping, you can count on being our first priority! In the event you elect to file an insurance claim related to the damage to your roof, payment of Local Roofing’s emergency tarping fee can be deferred for up to 120 days.
If you file an insurance claim within 90 days of the date of damage and sign a contract with Local Roofing to perform the related work, Local Roofing will submit the charge for this emergency tarping to your insurance carrier for reimbursement and this amount will not be due to you.
If you elect not to make an insurance claim or not to have Local Roofing perform all related repair work, Local Roofing will send you an invoice for emergency services performed and you hereby agree to immediately pay this invoice out of pocket without any further notice or delay before the due date on the invoice.
